According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Durable Goods industry (not seasonally adjusted) in June, 2002:

  1. Indiana: 4,400
  2. Wisconsin: 3,800
  3. Michigan: 3,500

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Durable Goods industry (not seasonally adjusted) in June, 2002:

  1. North Carolina: -3,700
  2. New Jersey: -1,100
  3. Washington: -1,000
