According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Durable Goods industry (not seasonally adjusted) in February, 2006:

  1. California: 5,900
  2. Texas: 5,100
  3. Washington: 2,300

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Durable Goods industry (not seasonally adjusted) in February, 2006:

  1. Minnesota: -1,500
  2. Wisconsin: -1,300
  3. Indiana: -1,300
