  1. Tennessee: 1,800
  2. Delaware: 1,500
  3. Arkansas: 400

On the other hand, the 3 U.S. states that added the lowest not seasonally adjusted number of jobs to the Durable Goods industry in January, 2006 were:

  1. Michigan: -17,400
  2. California: -11,800
  3. Ohio: -6,300
