  2. South Carolina: 400
  3. Washington: 400

On the other hand, the 3 U.S. states that added the lowest not seasonally adjusted number of jobs to the Durable Goods industry in October, 2006 were:

  1. Michigan: -8,100
  2. Kentucky: -4,900
