According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Durable Goods industry (not seasonally adjusted) in July, 2013:

  1. California: 2,400
  2. Iowa: 500
  3. Louisiana: 300

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Durable Goods industry (not seasonally adjusted) in July, 2013:

  1. Michigan: -12,200
  2. Ohio: -5,600
  3. Indiana: -5,100
