According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Durable Goods industry (not seasonally adjusted) in September, 2016:

  1. Michigan: 1,800
  2. Louisiana: 200
  3. Florida: 100

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Durable Goods industry (not seasonally adjusted) in September, 2016:

  1. California: -3,800
