According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Durable Goods industry (not seasonally adjusted) in May, 2018:

  1. California: 2,200
  2. Illinois: 1,500
  3. Minnesota: 1,500

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Durable Goods industry (not seasonally adjusted) in May, 2018:

  1. Missouri: -2,300
  2. Arizona: -200
  3. Louisiana: 0
