According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Durable Goods industry (not seasonally adjusted) in September, 2018:

  1. Nevada: 600
  2. Iowa: 400
  3. Mississippi: 300

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Durable Goods industry (not seasonally adjusted) in September, 2018:

  1. California: -2,800
  2. Ohio: -2,400
  3. Minnesota: -1,700
