According to recent data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the 3 U.S. states that added the highest not seasonally adjusted number of jobs to the Durable Goods industry in May, 2020 were:

  1. Indiana: 38,400
  2. Michigan: 24,600
  3. Ohio: 14,400

On the other hand, the 3 U.S. states that added the lowest not seasonally adjusted number of jobs to the Durable Goods industry in May, 2020 were:

  1. Oklahoma: -1,500
  2. Iowa: -1,200
  3. Louisiana: -1,100
