  1. Iowa: 1,200
  2. Mississippi: 1,200
  3. Louisiana: 700

On the other hand, the 3 U.S. states that added the lowest not seasonally adjusted number of jobs to the Durable Goods industry in April, 2021 were:

  1. Michigan: -18,900
  2. Illinois: -5,400
  3. Ohio: -4,700
