According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Durable Goods industry (not seasonally adjusted) in December, 2021:

  1. Iowa: 6,600
  2. California: 4,800
  3. Ohio: 3,300

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Durable Goods industry (not seasonally adjusted) in December, 2021:

  1. Missouri: -1,800
  2. Minnesota: -300
  3. New Mexico: -100
