According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Education and Health Services industry (not seasonally adjusted) in May, 2011:

  1. Arizona: 3,200
  2. New Jersey: 1,800
  3. Ohio: 1,700

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Education and Health Services industry (not seasonally adjusted) in May, 2011:

  1. New York: -26,200
  2. Massachusetts: -6,600
