According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Educational Services industry (not seasonally adjusted) in August, 2002:

  1. Florida: 5,200
  2. Arizona: 2,300
  3. Indiana: 2,000

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Educational Services industry (not seasonally adjusted) in August, 2002:

  1. New York: -5,100
  2. California: -2,900
  3. New Jersey: -2,200
