According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Educational Services industry (not seasonally adjusted) in April, 2003:

  1. California: 5,800
  2. Connecticut: 2,700
  3. Louisiana: 1,700

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Educational Services industry (not seasonally adjusted) in April, 2003:

  1. New York: -1,300
  2. Iowa: -1,300
  3. Pennsylvania: -1,100
