According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Educational Services industry (not seasonally adjusted) in August, 2004:

  1. Florida: 3,300
  2. Arizona: 2,900
  3. Louisiana: 2,600

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Educational Services industry (not seasonally adjusted) in August, 2004:

  1. New York: -6,600
  2. Pennsylvania: -4,500
  3. Massachusetts: -2,400
