According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Educational Services industry (not seasonally adjusted) in August, 2005:

  1. Florida: 5,000
  2. Arizona: 2,900
  3. Texas: 2,700

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Educational Services industry (not seasonally adjusted) in August, 2005:

  1. Pennsylvania: -4,400
  2. New York: -4,300
  3. Connecticut: -2,000
