According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Educational Services industry (not seasonally adjusted) in September, 2005:

  1. New York: 44,100
  2. Pennsylvania: 26,400
  3. California: 22,600

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Educational Services industry (not seasonally adjusted) in September, 2005:

  1. Alaska: 100
  2. North Dakota: 200
