According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Federal Government industry (not seasonally adjusted) in November, 2017:

  1. Georgia: 500
  2. Missouri: 400
  3. Florida: 200

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Federal Government industry (not seasonally adjusted) in November, 2017:

  1. California: -1,400
  2. Montana: -900
  3. Idaho: -800
