According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Financial Activities industry (not seasonally adjusted) in March, 2010:

  1. Florida: 1,700
  2. New York: 1,600
  3. California: 1,500

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Financial Activities industry (not seasonally adjusted) in March, 2010:

  1. Michigan: -800
  2. Ohio: -400
  3. Massachusetts: -300
