According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Financial Activities industry (not seasonally adjusted) in July, 2011:

  1. New York: 4,800
  2. Florida: 2,000
  3. Massachusetts: 1,900

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Financial Activities industry (not seasonally adjusted) in July, 2011:

  1. New Jersey: -400
  2. Mississippi: -200
  3. Oklahoma: 0
