According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Financial Activities industry (not seasonally adjusted) in July, 2014:

  1. New York: 4,800
  2. North Carolina: 1,600
  3. Florida: 1,300

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Financial Activities industry (not seasonally adjusted) in July, 2014:

  1. Iowa: -300
  2. Arizona: -300
  3. Nevada: -200
