According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Goods Producing industry (not seasonally adjusted) in July, 2021:
- California: 27,200
- Minnesota: 8,800
- Alaska: 8,100
On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Goods Producing industry (not seasonally adjusted) in July, 2021:
- Michigan: -2,600
- Illinois: -1,500
- Oklahoma: -800
