According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Government industry (not seasonally adjusted) in November, 2022:

  1. California: 24,200
  2. New York: 8,200
  3. Florida: 6,200

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Government industry (not seasonally adjusted) in November, 2022:

  1. District of Columbia: 0
  2. North Dakota: 100
  3. Nebraska: 200
