According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Information industry (not seasonally adjusted) in December, 2013:

  1. New York: 700
  2. Florida: 500
  3. Ohio: 500

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Information industry (not seasonally adjusted) in December, 2013:

  1. Louisiana: -1,900
  2. Massachusetts: -1,500
  3. California: -600
