According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Information industry (not seasonally adjusted) in July, 2015:
- New York: 2,600
- Georgia: 2,200
- Florida: 600
On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Information industry (not seasonally adjusted) in July, 2015:
- Illinois: -1,100
- Iowa: -800
- Louisiana: -600
