According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Leisure and Hospitality industry (not seasonally adjusted) in February, 2002:

  1. Florida: 20,100
  2. California: 17,200
  3. Texas: 14,800

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Leisure and Hospitality industry (not seasonally adjusted) in February, 2002:

  1. Wisconsin: -300
  2. Minnesota: -200
  3. Vermont: -100
