According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Leisure and Hospitality industry (not seasonally adjusted) in June, 2002:

  1. New York: 20,800
  2. New Jersey: 17,200
  3. Colorado: 16,600

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Leisure and Hospitality industry (not seasonally adjusted) in June, 2002:

  1. Arizona: -4,400
  2. Florida: -1,700
  3. Oklahoma: -200
