According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Leisure and Hospitality industry (not seasonally adjusted) in January, 2003:

  1. Vermont: 1,500
  2. Wyoming: -200
  3. Idaho: -500

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Leisure and Hospitality industry (not seasonally adjusted) in January, 2003:

  1. California: -39,900
