According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Leisure and Hospitality industry (not seasonally adjusted) in April, 2004:

  1. Ohio: 19,700
  2. Pennsylvania: 18,500
  3. Illinois: 18,000

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Leisure and Hospitality industry (not seasonally adjusted) in April, 2004:

  1. Vermont: -5,100
  2. Colorado: -1,500
  3. Florida: -100
