According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Leisure and Hospitality industry (not seasonally adjusted) in July, 2011:
- New York: 12,900
- California: 10,800
- Maine: 10,600
On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Leisure and Hospitality industry (not seasonally adjusted) in July, 2011:
- Florida: -14,200
- Arizona: -6,300
- Kentucky: -1,800
