According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Leisure and Hospitality industry (not seasonally adjusted) in March, 2012:
- Florida: 28,400
- California: 19,700
- Ohio: 14,900
On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Leisure and Hospitality industry (not seasonally adjusted) in March, 2012:
- New Hampshire: 300
- North Dakota: 600
- Alaska: 700
