According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Leisure and Hospitality industry (not seasonally adjusted) in March, 2016:
- Florida: 19,800
- New York: 14,900
- California: 12,700

- New Hampshire: -300
- Montana: 300
- New Mexico: 500
