According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Leisure and Hospitality industry (not seasonally adjusted) in May, 2016:
- New York: 28,300
- Ohio: 23,900
- Michigan: 21,000
On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Leisure and Hospitality industry (not seasonally adjusted) in May, 2016:
- Florida: -9,200
- Colorado: -6,300
- Arizona: -1,600
