According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Leisure and Hospitality industry (not seasonally adjusted) in September, 2016:

  1. Arizona: 3,000
  2. District of Columbia: 1,200
  3. North Dakota: 400

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Leisure and Hospitality industry (not seasonally adjusted) in September, 2016:

  1. New York: -27,700
  2. New Jersey: -21,300
