According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Manufacturing industry (not seasonally adjusted) in November, 2008:

  1. Kentucky: 1,300
  2. Delaware: 900
  3. Hawaii: 100

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Manufacturing industry (not seasonally adjusted) in November, 2008:

  1. California: -24,200
