According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Manufacturing industry (not seasonally adjusted) in June, 2013:

  1. California: 9,400
  2. Michigan: 7,300
  3. Ohio: 5,200

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Manufacturing industry (not seasonally adjusted) in June, 2013:

  1. District of Columbia: 0
  2. Mississippi: 100
  3. Hawaii: 100
