According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Manufacturing industry (not seasonally adjusted) in June, 2014:

  1. Michigan: 13,400
  2. California: 10,800
  3. Alaska: 5,800

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Manufacturing industry (not seasonally adjusted) in June, 2014:

  1. New Mexico: -100
  2. District of Columbia: 0
