According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Manufacturing industry (not seasonally adjusted) in February, 2018:

  1. California: 7,300
  2. Michigan: 6,000
  3. Ohio: 5,000

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Manufacturing industry (not seasonally adjusted) in February, 2018:

  1. Massachusetts: -600
  2. Minnesota: -100
  3. District of Columbia: 0
