According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Non-Durable Goods industry (not seasonally adjusted) in March, 2005:

  1. California: 2,000
  2. New York: 1,800
  3. Michigan: 600

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Non-Durable Goods industry (not seasonally adjusted) in March, 2005:

  1. North Carolina: -800
  2. Georgia: -600
  3. Massachusetts: -400
