According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Non-Durable Goods industry (not seasonally adjusted) in May, 2007:

  1. California: 2,700
  2. Ohio: 1,500
  3. New York: 1,400

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Non-Durable Goods industry (not seasonally adjusted) in May, 2007:

  1. New Jersey: -700
  2. Alaska: -600
  3. Kentucky: -400
