According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Non-Durable Goods industry (not seasonally adjusted) in September, 2007:

  1. Idaho: 300
  2. Nebraska: 300
  3. Arkansas: 200

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Non-Durable Goods industry (not seasonally adjusted) in September, 2007:

  1. Alaska: -4,900
  2. New Jersey: -1,300
  3. Ohio: -1,200
