According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Non-Durable Goods industry (not seasonally adjusted) in February, 2008:

  1. California: 3,000
  2. Alaska: 1,500
  3. Nebraska: 300

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Non-Durable Goods industry (not seasonally adjusted) in February, 2008:

  1. Alabama: -1,400
  2. Indiana: -1,000
  3. New York: -900
