According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Non-Durable Goods industry (not seasonally adjusted) in June, 2008:

  1. Alaska: 4,900
  2. California: 4,000
  3. Minnesota: 1,800

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Non-Durable Goods industry (not seasonally adjusted) in June, 2008:

  1. North Carolina: -1,000
  2. Florida: -800
  3. Georgia: -600
