According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Non-Durable Goods industry (not seasonally adjusted) in July, 2010:

  1. Alaska: 7,400
  2. California: 3,800
  3. Michigan: 2,200

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Non-Durable Goods industry (not seasonally adjusted) in July, 2010:

  1. Florida: -1,000
  2. New Jersey: -600
  3. Massachusetts: -600
