According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Non-Durable Goods industry (not seasonally adjusted) in July, 2013:

  1. Alaska: 7,300
  2. California: 6,800
  3. Michigan: 1,500

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Non-Durable Goods industry (not seasonally adjusted) in July, 2013:

  1. Florida: -1,200
  2. New York: -1,100
  3. Illinois: -900
