According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Non-Durable Goods industry (not seasonally adjusted) in April, 2016:

  1. California: 4,200
  2. Illinois: 1,300
  3. Ohio: 1,000

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Non-Durable Goods industry (not seasonally adjusted) in April, 2016:

  1. Alaska: -1,200
  2. New York: -600
  3. New Jersey: -300
