  1. Alaska: 3,700
  2. Mississippi: 300
  3. Idaho: 0

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Non-Durable Goods industry (not seasonally adjusted) in January, 2016:

  1. California: -4,800
  2. New York: -3,700
  3. Ohio: -3,500
