According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Non-Durable Goods industry (not seasonally adjusted) in July, 2016:

  1. California: 9,900
  2. Alaska: 8,700
  3. Michigan: 1,700

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Non-Durable Goods industry (not seasonally adjusted) in July, 2016:

  1. Massachusetts: -1,000
  2. Illinois: -900
  3. New Jersey: -500
