According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Non-Durable Goods industry (not seasonally adjusted) in November, 2016:

  1. North Carolina: 1,500
  2. Florida: 800
  3. Georgia: 800

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Non-Durable Goods industry (not seasonally adjusted) in November, 2016:

  1. California: -5,800
  2. Alaska: -2,500
  3. New York: -1,500
