According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Non-Durable Goods industry (not seasonally adjusted) in August, 2019:

  1. California: 7,400
  2. Minnesota: 900
  3. Indiana: 500

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Non-Durable Goods industry (not seasonally adjusted) in August, 2019:

  1. Alaska: -4,300
  2. Illinois: -700
  3. Georgia: -600
